I wanted to let people know how the love and dedication of a human being who was small and weak could make the world progress step by step, and intended to find what we could do to make this world which is becoming more dreary and desolate day by day a better place to live in. But when awakened, it shows itself, pulling a big tree out and making roaring sounds echoed throughout the whole mountain. The person whose dedication has saved the lives of 3,017 chil- dren and whose great love burdens us with debts we can never pay back was Harriet Hana Hodges, who would later be called 'Grandma Hodges' by the children she saved and their parents.
